More Photos

I realized that I haven't posted any photos in a while. That is mostly because I haven't taken any new ones in a while. But here are a few to remind us of the summer now that autumn has arrived and it is starting to get cooler. I guess I will have to take some fun autumn shots soon. :)

Shopping is a lot of work; unfortunately it is a lot faster to spend money than make it :(

Anyone really want to buy me a present?

This would be a good choice. :) yay! Fraggle Rock rocks!

Advice Continued

I realized as I was driving home this afternoon that I forgot to finish my thought yesterday . . . what I was going to add to the advice is:

I think love works the same. . . you shouldn't love someone that you can't walk away from; otherwise, you will get crushed.

But, then again, what do I know :)

Words of Advice

I heard these words of advice on the weekend, and thought I'd pass them on:

Never buy anything you can't walk away from; otherwise, you will get taken.

I found this to be a simple yet profound idea. I guess most common sense advice is like that.

Hee hee hee . . .

Crazy Sheep

I was sitting in a meeting, and opened my favourites list. I found this link that I had added on day. . . Flock of 1,500 sheep leaps off cliff in Turkey

3.5 hours of meeting and still counting. . .

Visiting the dead

Is it proper to say you went to visit someone when you go to their grave? I went to the cemetery to visit Darrell today; someone mentioned him yesterday, and I realized I haven't been down to see him in a while. As I was thinking about it I was thinking that it is kind of odd to say that I went to see Darrell, because I couldn't really "see" him. And really, he is as much with me anywhere I am as he is when I go stand beside where he is buried. So is that really the right thing to say?

Arrrgghh

I would just like to reiterate that meetings are the biggest waste of time :)
