stripping (paint that is. . . )

ok, so stripping paint is much more work than stripping wallpaper. . . I'm thinking I might just re-paint my trim, unless maybe I'm doing something wrong. . . any advice?

Better Lighting

I don't know why I didn't think to bump up the fill light on the first photo I posted, this one is a better representation of the colour of the room (depending on how many lights I have on).
 

Finally . . .

The dining room is finally finished. Thanks goes to Ryan, George, and Carolyn for their help. I'll have to make dinner for you guys so that you can come bask in the orange glow that your work helped to produce ;)

Great Big Sea

I went to the Great Big Sea concert at the Stratford Festival tonight. It was an excellent concert. I was very impressed by how talented the band is. They are not like many of the bands around today, that have very little actual skill/talent. They are all quite able to play the instruments (multiple different ones each) and sing. They all actually have very nice singing voices. . . well anyway, I should have taken Ryan's advice and taken my camera as there were a lot of other people with cameras and we were awfully close to the stage (the theatre isn't really that big). Anyway, maybe I'll listen to him in the future. . . :)
